When the 18th Asian Games brought the world to Jakarta and Palembang, security was mission-critical. Our collective supported the Indonesian National Police in operating the Baggage X-Ray Scanner systems guarding every venue entrance.

We handled the commissioning, installation, inspection, and maintenance of hundreds of X-Ray scanners, ensuring reliable performance across both cities. Ahead of the event, we also trained over 1,200 police officers, preparing them to confidently operate and maintain the systems in the field.
During the Games, our technical teams provided real-time field support, keeping the systems running with an impressive 98.2% uptime.
